Pipveu vs TraderSync
TraderSync has been around since 2013 with 700+ brokers connected. Pipveu is the younger alternative, 100% focused on futures, NinjaTrader and prop firms. Here's the real comparison, no marketing fluff.

TraderSync has been on the market since 2013 and it shows: 700+ broker integrations, a glossary, video tutorials and a decent blog. If you trade equities with a less common broker, TraderSync probably connects out of the box. Its Cypher AI promises automated coaching, the market replay lets you re-live sessions tick by tick, and the backtester helps validate setups before you risk capital. It's a mature product built for the generalist stock and options trader. The honest pricing comparison matters. TraderSync's Pro plan costs $29.95/month and looks like it matches Pipveu, but it does NOT include Cypher AI, full market replay or every metric. To unlock Cypher AI you have to climb to the Elite plan at $79.95/month. The fair comparison, then, is Pipveu at $29/mo against TraderSync Premium or Elite at $49.95-$79.95/mo. At that price point, Pipveu ships native NinjaTrader sync every 5 minutes, automatic prop firm management for Apex, Lucid and Apteros with trailing MDD and DLL tracking, an economic calendar wired to USDA NASS and CFTC COT data, and a 30-asset correlation matrix with R². TraderSync does not offer any of this on any plan. The recommendation is straightforward. If you trade equities or options with an obscure broker and you value Cypher AI or the market replay, TraderSync remains a fine choice, just budget the real $79.95/month. If your setup is futures on NinjaTrader or Tradovate with prop firm accounts, Pipveu gives you for $29/mo what TraderSync doesn't even ship at its top tier. Try it for 14 days with no card and compare against your own trades.
Frequently asked questions
Why is TraderSync more expensive than it looks?
The $29.95/mo Pro plan advertised on the homepage doesn't include Cypher AI, full market replay or the complete metric suite. To unlock Cypher AI you need the Elite plan at $79.95/mo. Comparing Pipveu $29 to Pro $29.95 without AI isn't fair: the real comparison is against Premium $49.95 or Elite $79.95.
TraderSync claims 700+ brokers, does that matter for me?
Depends on what you trade. Most of those 700+ brokers are equities, options and forex venues; few matter to a futures trader. If you trade NinjaTrader, Tradovate, Rithmic, Sierra Chart or ATAS, Pipveu covers all of them either natively or via CSV. The 700+ figure is impressive but misleading if your niche is futures.
How does each free trial work?
TraderSync offers a 7-day trial but requires a credit card upfront, so you have to remember to cancel. Pipveu gives you a full 14 days without asking for a card: you sign up with email, try everything and only decide at the end whether to continue. No risk of an accidental charge.
Which one is better for futures prop firm traders?
Pipveu is built for that profile. It detects Apex, Lucid or Apteros accounts automatically when syncing with NinjaTrader, calculates trailing MDD, DLL and profit target in real time, and warns you when a violation is near. TraderSync has no native prop firm module: you'd be tagging accounts manually and tracking rules in your own spreadsheets.
Cypher AI vs Pipveu's roadmap, how do they compare?
Cypher AI is already live in TraderSync (gated to Elite $79.95) and offers automated suggestions on your trades. Pipveu does not yet have an AI layer: it's on the roadmap but we won't commit a date. If AI coaching is your top priority today, TraderSync wins. If you'd rather pay $29 for features that exist now and skip waiting on future promises, Pipveu is the honest pick.
Is there a native mobile app?
Neither tool ships a native iOS or Android app. Both work via responsive web in the mobile browser. Pipveu is optimized as a PWA so you can install it as a home-screen shortcut for one-tap access.
What about billing and EU VAT?
TraderSync bills in USD through Stripe with no specific EU VAT handling. Pipveu also uses Stripe but with Stripe Tax enabled: if you're in the EU, you get an invoice with the correct VAT for your country and a breakdown ready for your accountant.
Can I migrate my TraderSync trades to Pipveu?
Yes. If your trades originally live in NinjaTrader, just connect the SQLite database and the entire history imports in one shot. If you only have them in TraderSync, export to CSV from their interface and use our multi-broker importer; it recognizes the standard format and loads them without losing data.
