Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Free trial period

Pipveu offers a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. A payment method is required at sign-up, but no charge is made during the trial.

If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

3. Cancellation

  • You can cancel at any time from the Settings page in one click.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • You retain full access until the end of the paid period.
  • No cancellation fees apply.

Online cancellation right: in line with the UK Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 and the EU Modernisation Directive (effective 19 June 2026), you can cancel your subscription online by the same means used to subscribe, without contacting customer support.

4. Refunds

Because Pipveu offers a 14-day free trial that allows you to fully evaluate the Service before any charge is made, we generally do not offer refunds.

However, we will consider refund requests in the following cases:

These provisions are without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), Canadian provincial consumer-protection statutes, EU/Irish Consumer Rights Directive, and US state consumer-protection law. Statutory remedies (e.g. ACL consumer guarantees, EU two-year conformity guarantee for digital content) cannot be excluded.

5. How to request a refund

Send your request to [email protected] stating:

  • The email address associated with your account.
  • The reason for your request.
  • The date of the charge in question.

We will process your request within 10 business days. If approved, the refund is issued via Stripe to the original payment method.

6. Cooling-off / withdrawal rights

UK consumers: under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day the contract is concluded for digital services.

EU/Ireland consumers: Directive 2011/83/EU grants the same 14-day withdrawal right.

By accepting the 14-day free trial, this right is effectively covered: you can cancel free of charge within the first 14 days. If you expressly request the start of paid service before the cooling-off period ends and then withdraw, you may be charged proportionally for the service already provided.

USA, Canada, Australia: there is no statutory cooling-off period for digital subscriptions, but the 14-day free trial provides equivalent protection. California users have additional cancellation rights under the Automatic Renewal Law (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §17602): you can cancel online at any time. Quebec consumers have rights under the Consumer Protection Act regarding distance contracts.

7. Governing law

This Policy is governed by Spanish law. This choice does not deprive consumers of the mandatory protection of the law of their habitual residence — including the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, EU/Irish Consumer Rights Directive, Australian Consumer Law, Canadian provincial consumer-protection statutes, and applicable US federal/state consumer law.
